General Conditions of Subscription
These General Conditions of Subscription aim to define the contractual relations between Y Etre and the Artist with respect to the Artist's affiliation to Y Etre and to any sale through the Artist's Y Etre internet website.
This requires full acceptance by the Artist of these General Conditions of Subscription.
Use of the Artist's name
You declare to be the rightful owner of the work to be published on line and also undertake not to produce further copies of the work, in the event these conditions of use are not respected you will be removed from the site and may, in the event of any fraudulent declaration, be subject to legal proceedings.
Y Etre accepts no responsibility whatsoever in the event of manipulation or lack of respect for the rules of ecommerce in respect of fraudulent or immoral elements.
A numbered certificate will be sent to the buyer.
You authorise Y Etre to hold during the sale all of the original files which are shown as non copyable which guarantees the validity and uniqueness of the transaction.
Files are destroyed at the end of the sale.
Relations between Y Etre and the digital printer are the same with a contractual agreement to make no further copies.
You benefit by remuneration of 70% of the sale of the reproduction rights.
Y Etre undertakes to promote multiple purchases, viewings or sponsorships and will determine discounts to be applied on condition of the quantity of sales.
Basic standard prints are digital on different types of support material, and the website may offer digital prints on canvas and/or plexi and may at any time ask printers for specific photolithographic quality prints, all of which aims to enhance the value of the work and works.
You undertake to respect the number of reproductions that you choose. We undertake not to use them to produce further copies.
As soon as an artist goes on line all the other artists will be informed. They undertake together to inform their potential clients of your arrival.
The principle of solidarity generates a flow of publicity for each artist new to the site.
In order to ensure the solidarity of each artist, a copy of the information e-mail is sent to the webmaster of the site Yetre.com.
At each sale of reproduction and/or printing right you will receive the address details of the buyer and a detailed e-mail of the transaction.
Be modest in your pricing, support fellow artists by informing your contacts of the arrival of a new artist on the site, test and order a copy of a piece of your work on sale to familiarise yourself with the site and how it works.
The Artist expressly authorises the use of his name, pseudonym or any other name for the use of exhibition, promotion or sale...
The Artist undertakes to respect the image rights of the models that appear in the Artist's works.
The Artist expressly declares to hold authorisations signed by the models that appear in the Artist's works for commercial use.
Y Etre and its representatives will not be held liable for any negligence on the part of the Artist in this obligation, the Artist will bear full responsibility in this matter in the event of any legal proceedings.
The Artist authorises Yetre to use clichés or parts of works submitted by the Artist, for the purposes of promotion and sale.
The Artist certifies that the works submitted for sale are owned entirely by the Artist (as much physically as intellectually) and that they are free from all guarantee, warranty, pledge or security given to companies, persons or public administrations as a guarantee against debts previously contracted to.
All claims relating to a sold product must be addressed by recommended letter in accordance with the French law concerning Data Protection of January 6, 1978 Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978, the Client has right of access, rectification and opposition to information concerning the Client which the Client can exercise at any time by application to the company Jaguart, VAT N° FR53491144705

Please find attached the certificate of authenticity for the reproduction right of this work.
You can use this reproduction right in the following manner : an immediate print in the predefined format indicated by the Artist at the price you wish and at the place that you wish on the site.
You can also renegotiate this reproduction right with any other person you wish, in which case you must inform us of the name of the new owner of this reproduction right to whom the work is to be transferred and who will receive the certificate of authenticity as soon as such new owner has printed this limited edition, numbered, certified work.
